Why energy healing should be a primary modality among various healing techniques?

“Things that are real are given and received in silence.”
Meher Baba

Well, not only because of the quote above. And certainly not because of one size (of healing modality) fits them all.

Here, I’d like to extend the abovementioned quote – I speak eternally. The voice that is heard deep within the soul is my voice, the voice of inspiration, of intuition, of guidance. Through those who are receptive to this voice, I speak.

My outward silence is not a spiritual exercise; it has been undertaken and maintained solely for the good of the world. God has been everlastingly working in silence, unobserved, unheard – except by those who experience his infinite silence.[1]

The realm beyond words

The reason why energy healing should take a leading role in enhancing and promoting overall health and well-being is because it reaches the realm beyond words, thus creating a foundation for spiritual development, too.

Such realm exists within each of us and it is only our lack of subtle perception that prevents us from sensing it. We are not only bodies, only minds, only emotions. Our physical bodies alone could never exist without the unseen, and the unseen resides in silence. It doesn’t need words. Only humans do. And it is words that can (and often do) hurt us most. Those who have suffered much because of weight of words misused know that very well. And no matter the craftsmanship of their use for whatever purpose, they are not omnipotent. Finite help in regards to the complexity of human overall experience is not enough in the long run.

Nature heals in silence

Nature, the universal healer, also heals in silence. And such mode does impact everyone. Not a single soul ever felt bad after spending time in Her Majesty Nature, regardless of any individual differences. And yet, there are people who struggle to even get out of bed. That is where an energy healing practician lends a helping hand to the nature and takes over.

Why other modalities may have limitations

Sound healing is powerful indeed, but yet, I’ve seen people who get tantrums from listening to the healing sound. It’s obviously not only the matter of preference, and there are reasons for such extreme reactions, but the point is – it does have some limitations in use.

On the other hand, energy healing is not bound by space and time. The art of distance healing penetrates both time and space precisely because it is anchored in the unseen – which is boundless. The unseen is far more intelligent than both the practicioner and the person taking healing and all it takes for the healing process to be successful is the perfect trust in the divine lead, wisdom, and power, which the practicioner understands.

It is so gentle that is does not disturb anyone’s peace and comfort, and yet powerful enough to penetrate the deepest wounds very carefully, the ones that were so damaging that they influenced all bodies, not only physical or emotional.

A gentle, intuitive path

Of course the personal preference does play a role in choosing a healing modality for oneself, but energy-based practices can feel more gentle and intuitive than conventional methods, offering a sense of relaxation, self-awareness, and inner alignment that complements other forms of care.

Because it works through intuition, intention, and connection with higher consciousness, it’s often experienced as a gentler and more harmonious path to healing. Rather than simply addressing symptoms, it invites the whole being—mind, heart, and spirit—to return to a state of natural alignment and inner peace. In this way, we create a strong, meaningful foundation from where all paths are open. The only direction we take from there is the voice of our own being. All natural, organic, light.

Closing with a quote

“I said to the almond tree, ‘Sister, speak to me of God.’ And the almond tree blossomed.”
